ASSIGNMENTS
- Market study analysis of land sales for TrailCo (Allegheny Energy) for the construction of a 208-mile power line right of way. The study included an analysis of vacant land sales over the past four years for Monongalia, Marion, Taylor, Preston, Hardy, and Grant Counties in West Virginia.
- Appraisals of 150+ properties for condemnation purposes for the construction of a 208-mile power line right of way known as TrailCo. Services included appraisals and testimony as an expert witness in Commissioners’ hearings and circuit court.
- Appraisals for several sewer and water line projects for right of entry and condemnation purposes for cities, towns, public service commissions, and Region Six Planning and Development Council. Services included appraisals and testimony as an expert witness in Commissioners’ hearings and circuit court.
- Provided acquisition services as well as appraisal services for the Scott’s Run Public Service District for the construction of a new sewer line project. The project included nearly 500 properties. Services included appraisals and testimony as an expert witness in Commissioners’ hearings.
- Provided acquisition and appraisal services for 38 parcels for the Marion County Board of Education. Acquisitions were for the location of the site for the new West Side Middle School. Services included acquisitions, relocation of property owners and tenants, appraisals for right of entry, and testimony as an expert witness in Commissioners’ hearings and circuit court.
- Appraisals of 60+ properties for a 30-mile gas pipeline project in Monongalia County, WV, for Hope Gas. Appraisals were performed for right of entry and possible condemnation.
- Appraisals of properties for AEP for the expansion of a powerline in Marshall County, WV. Appraisals were performed for right of entry and possible condemnation.
- Appraisals of strip shopping centers, Morgantown, Bridgeport, Fairmont, Inwood, Martinsburg, Charles Town, Wheeling, and Mannington, West Virginia.
